    1. Who these terms are between

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you ("you", "your") and Diamond Internet ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of Autopilot SEO at autopilotseo.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

    2. The service

    Autopilot SEO is a web-based SaaS tool that provides SEO auditing, keyword rank tracking, domain metrics analysis, and GitHub integration for automated issue management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

    3. Your account

    • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
    • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
    • You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
    • One account per person. You may not share accounts.
    • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

    4. Acceptable use

    You agree not to use Autopilot SEO to:

    • Audit websites you do not own or do not have explicit permission to audit.
    • Conduct automated bulk scraping or abuse the analysis infrastructure.
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service.
    • Circumvent any rate limits or usage restrictions.
    • Upload or transmit any malicious code or content.
    • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

    5. Subscription and payment

    • Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed at sign-up and on the pricing page.
    • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
    • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
    • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal.

    6. Your data and intellectual property

    • You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate (project URLs, analysis results, keywords).
    • You grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide the service.
    • Autopilot SEO, its software, design, and brand are owned by Diamond Internet. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them.
    • Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us to improve the service without compensation to you.

    7. Third-party integrations

    The GitHub integration allows you to connect your own GitHub account. You are responsible for complying with GitHub's Terms of Service. We access only the repositories you explicitly authorise and only to perform actions you initiate. We are not responsible for any consequences of changes made to your repository through this integration.

    8. Disclaimers

    • The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
    • We do not guarantee that using Autopilot SEO will improve your search engine rankings. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control.
    • Analysis results are based on automated checks and may not be 100% accurate. They should be treated as guidance, not legal or professional advice.
    • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

    9. Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diamond Internet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    10. Termination

    • You may close your account at any time from the Settings page.
    • We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
    • On termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    11. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

    12. Changes to these Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
